Keep the whole job moving
Clear all required rubbish and surfaces before getting lost in optional decorating.
Buy against the current room’s request list. Check placed items before ordering duplicates.
Read a buyer’s offer against your remaining budget and unfinished work.
Finish the sale, record the actual balance change and return to the lobby.
Equip a useful upgrade before starting the next job.
The free-money message on the official page asks players to like the game and join Increates House. The public description does not specify the amount or full claim interface. Our codes page keeps that reward separate from a redeemable promo string.
Compare cash per minute, using your own numbers
Record your cash before and after a job, the minutes spent, and any unrelated purchase or reward during that interval. Divide the net gain by the minutes to compare two otherwise similar runs.
Illustrative example: a gain of 18,000 in 12 minutes is 1,500 per minute. A gain of 24,000 in 20 minutes is 1,200 per minute. The second run pays more once, but the first has the higher observed rate. These are made-up arithmetic inputs, not promised game rewards.
Use the flip calculator for your own figures. Keep the property, loadout, boosts and budget mode in your notes so the comparison has context.
Reinvest where time is going
| Where the time went | Next run’s change | What to compare |
|---|---|---|
| Slow surface cleaning | Inspect and equip a better applicable tool | Cleaning time with the same property |
| Repeated deliveries or wrong items | Order from the current request list and appoint a delivery lead | Furnishing time and duplicate purchases |
| Long indecision at the end | Agree on the sale before friends keep spending | Extra time versus actual additional cash |
| The larger house takes much longer | Compare it with a manageable property | Cash gained per minute, not just sale size |
Do not count an unknown bonus as guaranteed cash
Buyer luck, bonus offers and jackpot upgrades appear in gameplay, but a chance-based result is not a guaranteed return. Read the current in-game description and preserve a cash buffer for your next intended purchase.
A creator’s boosted Founders run cannot establish a normal-player hourly earning rate. Neither can a single lucky settlement. This guide does not recommend paid purchases or promise that you will recover their cost.
