THE TOOLBOX / PERSONAL RUN TRACKER
How much did that flip really earn?
Compare the cash your balance gained with the time you spent. Use your own numbers, then make one useful change for the next run.
Your next useful comparison starts here.

Adjusted gain = cash after − cash before + unrelated spending − unrelated rewards. Divide that gain by minutes spent to get cash per minute. An optional additional cash goal is divided by the same positive pace to estimate minutes.
Only adjust for transactions outside the measured run. The tool does not subtract the furniture budget from the quoted sale price or invent the game’s settlement formula. Enter numbers from 0 to 1 trillion; the duration must be greater than zero.
A loss or zero gain is a valid result. It cannot produce a positive-pace estimate for an additional cash goal. Future jobs can have different equipment, boosts, property sizes and budget modes.
Make the next comparison useful
- Record the balance before starting and after the sale completes.
- Time the same part of each job. Include lobby time consistently.
- Compare the same property, loadout and budget mode where possible.
- Change one slow part of the process, then measure again.
