The purchase-to-equipped check

  1. Finish the current job and return to the lobby.

  2. Open the relevant equipment or van menu.

  3. Read the item’s current cost and any level requirement.

  4. Buy the item if you want that upgrade, then select Equip.

  5. Check the equipped confirmation and start the next job with the intended loadout.

BemmyBlock’s recording shows a paid bundle bought mid-job and equipped later in the lobby. The co-op recording also shows a level requirement preventing an equipment purchase. Neither case supports assuming that buying any pack immediately changes the tool in your hand.

Choose the upgrade for the delay you notice

What slows your jobWhat to inspect firstReason
Each dirty surface takes a long timeVacuum or sponge statsThese tools act on the cleaning work itself
Furniture delivery interrupts furnishingThe van’s listed delivery benefitsA delivery benefit addresses waiting rather than cleaning
You want a different propertyProperties and the Create Lobby house listThe house must be owned and selected
You want more from the saleThe exact offer-related upgrade descriptionA chance or offer benefit does not guarantee a particular payout

This is a task-based comparison. We have not measured every tool under identical conditions, so this guide does not invent a universal S-tier ranking or a fixed payback time.

Moving to a larger house

The observed lobby shows Bungalow House and Suburban House as selectable owned properties. Purchase an available property in Properties, then select it when you create the next lobby.

Larger recorded jobs include upstairs rooms and more surfaces to clear. Budget time for the complete job, and make sure friends choose their roles before leaving. Buying the house does not automatically complete its cleaning or furnishing requirements.
